Meditation: Myths & Misconceptions

I hear this all the time, “Oh, I can’t meditate because I just can’t shut off my mind”. We NEED our mind for meditation, in fact, it’s essential so we can actually know how we are through our thoughts and being present to them.

We ‘mediate’ between all the different parts of who we are, we see our relationship not only with ourselves but with the world around us. Things become clearer. We find inner calm and peace.

Mediation can be sitting quietly, walking on the beach, repeating a meaningful word or phrase or listening to a Guided Meditation. Meditation is not complicated, it’s simple. I teach weekly Online breath & Meditation session. Join us.
