Reduce your pain

Clients come to me to get out of pain and reduce their stress.  They soon find out that they are linked. When stress is high, pain is high. The practice of Yoga is perfect for unwinding that link and creating a more Holistic state of wellbeing. Clients are often shocked (and delighted) at how easy it is to reduce pain. 

We can get used to living our daily lives in pain & discomfort. I have seen it, I have done it! Our body has an amazing system to adapt to pain and it is meant for a short term situation. It’s often referred to as “Fight or Flight”.  It can seem as if our current lifestyle even supports the notion of ignoring pain & discomfort. 

This is the “pickle” we can get into. We often put on the gas ad push harder to get through it, only to find more pain on the other side. So how do we begin to get out of it?

I use a magical blend of Hatha and Therapeutic Yoga to help people to understand how to slow down, feel and heal. It’s super simple AND can be super challenging. 

Breathe, feel, move, heal. Repeat. The results are life-changing.
